Lyn Spaeth has been in the real estate industry for 16 years as a Home Stager.
Prior to that, Lyn was a corporate Account Executive at Communications Management International and Digital Equipment Corporation. In those roles, Lyn sold and developed marketing tools. Lyn had great success meeting her clients’ goals, and increasing their profit.
Lyn left high-tech, and determined her next career would incorporate her creative side. As a lover of good home design, Lyn was drawn to creating beautiful spaces in the residential marketplace. Lyn found her niche in Home Staging.
Lyn’s progression led her to start Transformations Home Staging and Design in Boston, MA. Due to her success and ease with clients, her design business grew into helping those same clients move into new properties, and other clients refresh their current living spaces.
…but Lyn needed more sunshine and less snow! In 2017, Lyn and her husband relocated to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and along with her partner Sandra Holmes, started Luxe Home Staging and Design. Luxe provides services to Realtors, developers, home sellers and flippers in the southeast Florida region.
Lyn holds a degree from Emerson College, is a licensed real estate agent, and an Accredited Staging Professional Master (ASPM®). Lyn is also a certified Accredited Staging Professional (ASP®) Course Trainer, and travels the USA teaching realtors and Stagers about using Staging as a key market differentiator. Lyn is affiliated with many industry organizations including the International Association of Home Staging Professionals, (IAHSP®), in which she sits on the Executive Board.
Lyn and her husband have three daughters, all schooled in Boston, MA. The home team includes a dog-named Max, and cats Freddy and Misty. Lyn is a faithful cheer and dance Mom and spends many weekends at competitions. Lyn is a Zumba junkie, a Patriots season ticket holder, enjoys musical theatre, dancing, travelling, her big, loud Italian family, gardening, and her musical husband.
